I am beyond happy with the service we received all around. From calling the office and speaking with the receptionist, to working with the owner on an estimate, to the gentlemen who came out to complete the work. Hands down would highly recommend and will use again. We are new to the area and had a large branch come down in our backyard from a recent storm and it was extremely unsafe as it involved the branch still hanging and powerlines. I found Oberlander's online and gave them a call. The woman who answered was very friendly and kind. Let me know that the owner would be out the same afternoon to take a look at the situation. The owner was prompt, polite, and very informative. He was able to get me an estimate quickly and then this morning within a few hours our backyard was safe again thanks to their hard work. Not knowing anyone who lives in Bucyrus or knowing who to ask for recommendations, I am beyond grateful for the service they provided. We look forward to working with them again.

Such great service. This company went out of their way and cleaned up some extra tree/bush trimmings(my husband did the day before) and we couldn't be more grateful for all the service they do. Took a tree down and stump up. Great service, we've used them many times and each time they leave the area CLEANER then what they found. Highly recommended!!!

The staff I have dealt with at Oberlander's have always been friendly and helpful. I went to purchase some succulent soil, which was very reasonably priced for the size, and found a cute little succulent plant I wanted to purchase. The woman at the counter rang up my soil and gave me the succulent plant at no charge, which was so kind. And since she knows I have a love for unique succulents and other plants, she also told me about another nursery she thought I would enjoy. THAT'S excellent customer service! If you can't find it there, it's great that the staff is willing to share where they think you can.

I called about getting mulch delivered. They didn't know what their inventory was and promised to call me back. That was over a month ago. I ended up getting it somewhere else.
