Buckeye went above & beyond our expectations. Reasonable pricing, great suggestions on what would work best for our area & Dustin listened to what we were looking for. John did an excellent job explaining everything to us when he & the crew showed up this past Wednesday to start the work, we were having a landscaping wall installed & flower beds reworked along with 2 small areas in front of the garage done. It was so hot this week & the crew worked through it like it was a normal. Our house looks amazing with the landscaping, the wall and we have a tree! ?% satisfied & highly recommend

Communication could have been better on when the job was going to start. I had to reach out as each quoted start date came and went without an update. When the job did start, John was great at communicating what would happen and gave me clear expectations. The team worked through the heat and we are happy with the results.

I have had mixed experiences with this provider, all of with ultimately worked out, but some were somewhat frustrating along the way. Most of the issues have been in communication and follow up. The work done was, with one exception very good. That exception was during a start-cycle where they test for leaks. There was one and the guys started digging hoping to quickly find it. They didn’t and left my yard with a hole. When I called I was told it would be 6 weeks before they could repair it. Ultimately it was 2. Other issues have been lack of follow up and me having to chase down details. There is a lot of phone tag.

I would recommend the work they do, but perhaps be prepared for a bumpy ride. I’m retired so I have time to follow up.

We’ve used Buckeye Oheil since building our house 18 years ago, installing our irrigation system and maintaining it through the years. Recently, we had a major landscape change and they did the work to seamlessly integrate the old system with new. Any issues we have, which have been few, they respond quickly and are very courteous and willing to work with our schedule requirements. Highly recommend!!
