So pleased with landscaping my shrubs. Tamara did an excellent job with my very old and overgrown lilac bush. I appreciate a job well done.

It is not even a 1 star. They intentionally broke all of our down pipes and said that they didn’t do it, even though I saw all of it, and even though I tell the company won’t even come look at it. It is a huge waste of money and time. They won’t even replace them even though we asked and said the would never intentionally break our property but I don’t believe it at all. It is just excuses. If you hire them, you will probably be very dissatisfied.

This business was used for my residential snow removal. Despite having a contract specifying that the roadway immediately adjacent to the front of my driveway was to be cleared, this work was never done. I called in one time to have this addressed. There didn't seem to be any concern about it and the person who took my call stated that she would make a note of it but nothing changed. I cleared it myself thinking that the workers would get the hint of what is to be cleared but that didn't work. Also, be prepared for a narrower driveway. You can see from the photo that the whole driveway was not done to the edges. Basically, the workers just cleared a path sufficient to state that the job was done. There is a difference between doing a job and doing a job well. I went to extra lengths to have the driveway cleared of vehicles to make the snow clearing easier for the workers.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! They ghosted me! Edmonton branch.
They came for an in person assessment to make a quote for work we wanted done. I was told the gentleman who came was the owner himself. He said the quote would be back 2-3 business days. After 2 weeks I emailed to get the quote, and heard nothing. Another week later I called and spoke to the receptionist, who stated he would call me that same day. Weeks later and I've still heard nothing. If they are this poor at communicating when they want the job, imagine how bad they would be if they had your money already! Save yourself the hassle and find another company.

Have been using this company for several years now. The service started great and the snow would be removed usually early morning or at least the same day. Unfortunately the service has progressively gotten worse. And we have been waiting the full 24 hrs after it stops snowing. Thought we would give it one more chance this year and low and behold our first snowfall of the year which was a light dusting, we didn’t see them until 9:30 pm the following day. 2nd big snowfall, we are still waiting and the 24hrs is almost up. We pay monthly even if it doesn’t snow so there should be people on payroll and there shouldn’t be such a delay. Starting my search for another snow removal company/person.

The snow removal service has become terrible - no shows - have to call for service that should be performed in a timely manner.
I never used to mind paying the extra dollars they charge over competitors when the service was good. Now it is just poor excuses for bad management of service delivery.

I am very happy with my snow removal services in Calgary. I will admit I was a bit of a pain as the snow started to fall because I didn't feel prioritized. The office staff was very reassuring and took the time to explain in detail the process and the 24 hour after snow falls clause of my contract. I was aware when I hired them I just didn't consider a 12 hour snowfall.

This will be my final year using Landsharx as my lawn care service provider.
Last year my lawn was ruined by their crews by using a power rake set far too low. There was a poor attempt to remedy the issue, a small amount of top soil and i doubt if there was any grass seed used in the mix. After many batches of top soil / grass seed out of my own pocket and continuing with Landsharx services this year the patches are still bare. The weed control services have declined tremendously, i have never had this many weeds on my lawn before, and it has went from one of the best to worst looking over the past 2 years.
